I recently made a profile for my guild, and I am the only one listed as user management while only being a member. I wanted to know how important this title is, if I can add more people to this role, or if I should transfer the told to the gm and how to do so.

You can go to the “Characters” tab and update it, that should match the roster in-game as long as it’s a Retail guild. Once you do that you can turn on Automatic Management and it’ll add any players that have a WCL account to the guild.
