I’m from China and I uploaded two reports last week, but no character of our guild got ranked.

I think this problem is caused by I havn’t import the roster of our gulid, but when I click the “click here” button,it shows “An error occurred fetching the guild data. Make sure your guild name exactly matches the guild name used in-game.” I trust the guild name is correct.
And it worked when we were in another realm.Could help me to fix it?
Blizzard has disabled their Battle.net API in China for some reason, so I have no way of validating characters or importing guild rosters.
