I can’t be displayed in the rankings
E.g:https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/8QrnWtbJZXc9zD3m This’s our guild battles logs that have my combat log above. But I can‘t find my ranking in the Rankings for Hellfire Citadel.
Characters are validated against the Battle.net API. Blizzard recently deprecated and removed support for the old Battle.net API calls. The new API for China appears to be non-functional, since I simply get
503 Service Not Available
when I attempt to make API calls to China.
This does mean that new guilds and characters won’t be able to rank until Blizzard fixes their new API to actually work. There isn’t much I can do about this except wait for a fix from them.

The problem seems to have made new progress, does this mean I can quickly see Ranking back to normal? Or it has returned to normal, but not before the logs show that we need to re-upload?

There are two combat logs, but some characters can not be displayed properly in the rankings above. Please can you fix this problem?

I see all 20 raid members in both of those logs displayed in the rankings…
In general for new characters that have never been validated, it looks like the CN API is better but not perfect. Just keep hitting that Export button on the Rankings pages until everybody shows up.
This is out of my control. It’s up to Blizzard to fix their APIs to be 100% reliable instead of only 75% reliable.
