Logs Owned by Non Guild User

Several of my runs are not associated with my guild: https://classic.warcraftlogs.com/character/eu/nethergarde-keep/spaceghost#zone=1002&boss=617

When i review the ones in question, they have been uploaded by someone called Priestess in their personal logs, even though i log for our Guild.

They seem to be the same log, but one is owned by some mystery random unknown ‘Priestess’. Im assuming one of my guildies is logging into their personal logs. This is fine, but how do I stop this from removing the guild association. Do i just need to add them into our guild in WCL?

Get them to make the logs unlisted or move them into the guild.

Am i able to move them in myself?

Moved them into the guild, will the old ones now associate?
