My logs are showing in my logs that they are being uploaded to my proper guild / raid team when I live log them. But when we go to see them after raid, even days later, they show up as unknown. Everyone is in the same guild. It’s also happening for everyone in my current raid group (we currently have 5 raids) but it’s not happening to other raid teams. Please help.

Do you have any links to any of your logs or anything? This isn’t enough info to go by to help you out. I would suggest emailing support@warcraftlogs.com if you’re on Retail or support.classic@warcraftlogs.com if you’re on TBC/SoM/Vanilla and the support team can look into it for you.
