Hey Kihra. Some months ago you said on twitter that you had this idea where the 99 percentile would have 90 points at the very least and everyone else was normalized on that 99 percentile. Have you tried that?
Anyway, I’d love for all stars to keep going. Sure, maybe for the top echelons isn’t extremely useful, but for non-top guilds and medium servers where the differences in skill are bigger than the differences in class, all stars are quite accurate, and the friendly banter on our guild for the AllStars (or dick-comparer as we call it) is the only thing that allows us to keep farming. Also, we used it heavily in our progression to snag recruits or to quickly check who needed to be yelled at.
Perhaps the best way is to have two different All Stars, one for the high end players, and one for the average players that use All Stars as a way to quickly check if they’re doing OK. After all you have to cater to two completely different needs.
