Battle net Integration not working

I was trying to update my Characters since I have a new hunter and she will not display, so I decided to relink the account and now nothing shows and I get this :https://www.warcraftlogs.com/?access_failed=true
I read the other posts and have done all the steps over and over and nothing is working at all.

I have checked and not checked boxes
I have deleted and re authed WCL 10 times now.
My account is verified and active.

So I am at a lost why all of a sudden I can’t link my toons.

The API is down on Blizzard’s end.
