Agree or Disagree "We value your privacy" does not close window

After clicking on the “Agree” or “Disagree” in the popup “We value your privacy” there is an error in the browser console

EncodingError: Unable to encode TCModel tcModel.gvl.readyPromise is not resolved

And popup does not close. Cannot go pass it.
