I’ve restarted uninstalled, reinstalled, and tested different logs. I keep getting this error now when I try to upload.

Did you read what it says? 
Report creation has been disabled, this was announced on Discord, on Twitter, and in a forum post here. It will be re-enabled on Sunday at the latest (possibly sooner if I finish the needed re-architecture work before then).
Oh, sorry. My bad lol. I’m not in your discord and never get on Twitter and clearly missed it on here lol. It happened so suddenly I thought it was on my end. One report worked then the one following didn’t after. Thanks for all your hard work. You’ve made an amazing thing.
