Win 10 issues installing client

I am not sure if the issue is with adobe air, the client installer, or myself, but after I install adobe air I go to open the client installer file but it isn’t registering as if I have installed adobe air. I look for the installer logs in app data and it says this:

[2016-10-02:01:39:48] Runtime Installer begin with version 23.0.0.257 on Windows 10 x86
[2016-10-02:01:39:48] Commandline is: “C:\Users\JARVIS\Downloads\warcraftlogs (1).air”
[2016-10-02:01:39:48] No installed runtime detected
[2016-10-02:01:39:48] Runtime Installer end with exit code 2

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, if anyone comes here looking for a solution to why adobe air doesn’t seem to be installing or doing anything on Windows 10. It might be because you are not running the anniversary build 1607 for windows 10. In it there is a security update for flash software like adobe air. Windows won’t let it install if you aren’t completely updated.
