WC stuck on loading - can't log in


I’ve had this issue for a while now. I have checked other forum posts that have mentioned it, and the solution has been delete the ELS directory - %AppData%\Adobe AIR\ELS directory however these were around 6 years ago. It’s basically showing the loading wheel when opening the application, both the standalone and the companion app.

However I do not have this folder, I don’t have Adobe Air and I’ve tried looking through all the folders. I’m running Windows 11.

Any suggestions?


We’re going to be pushing an update to the software sometime today. Try updating to the latest version and seeing if that fixes the issue please!
