Hi there. Can you provide a bit more information? Did you get an error or did it just stay stuck? What file did you upload (can upload it to google drive or something to share)? Are you having similar issues connecting to our website?
I have a same issue! Whatever select wrath or dragonfilght.
When I select one log file, and then click ‘go’, then the software will no response like above. And even I can’t do anything except close.
almost the same: I can upload but there is no combat…
