Unable to log in through app

I can’t log in to upload my log file through app. Tried to reinstall AdobeAir and uploader, but nothing changed. Who knows what can be wrong?

App don’t show me any error. I just press “log in” and see this %D0%91%D0%B5%D0%B7%D1%8B%D0%BC%D1%8F%D0%BD%D0%BD%D1%8B%D0%B9

Delete your %AppData%\Adobe AIR\ELS subdirectory.

Same issue after update. I am on a Mac.06

where can u find this to delete it?

three week no response, new air update, fix is still not there. I can no longer upload or use logs because of this. getting a little frustrated as a patron that i can’t use it, gonna give it a few more days then cancel…
