I can’t log in to upload my log file through app. Tried to reinstall AdobeAir and uploader, but nothing changed. Who knows what can be wrong?
What error do you get?
App don’t show me any error. I just press “log in” and see this
Delete your %AppData%\Adobe AIR\ELS subdirectory.
Same issue after update. I am on a Mac.
where can u find this to delete it?
three week no response, new air update, fix is still not there. I can no longer upload or use logs because of this. getting a little frustrated as a patron that i can’t use it, gonna give it a few more days then cancel…
