"This character no longer exists"

Hello, I recently transfered my mage, Brelshar (EU) Shattered Hand > Chrommagus. I would have liked to have pulled all my data with me and having transfered realms in the past this seemed to be done automatically, as is the case with Raider.io (thankfully). However I can’t even see an option to merge the “characters”, which is slightly annoying. Can someone please help?
