Parses gone after transfer? [fixed]

I xfer’d from A52 → Zuljin and all old parses have just been evaporated. Is that a normal?
From current tier as well

Hi there, did you refresh your Battle.net data and click update your old character page?

Apparently I had to do a merge because refreshing my bnet data actually caused my character to have two different profiles last night I guess? Its all fixed now though!
