How i should descrypt it? A - absorbed ? is 14691 raw damage? what is M, U, %? What is formula used here?

These stand for
A - Absorbed
U - Unmitigated
M - Mitigated
The % is just how much of the damage was mitigated. Here that would be 15195/31054 = 0.4893 = 48.93%.
