Personal allstar page doesn't mach server allstar page

Just transfered to new server a couple weeks ago and noticed my character allstars page doesnt line up with the server one.

The character page can only estimate all stars score. It isn’t going to match up exactly. Since all star score factors in rank position, and rank position can only be estimated when asked for on the fly (like the character page does), you won’t get a precise match.
