Some players appear in leaderboard and point to this report, but misses at least 3 players (although it’s their best). Known issue or not?
I’ll typically not be able to rank everyone from a Void Ark run. Because it is cross-server, and because servers are not included in the logs, I have to guess what server someone is from by looking names up on Lodestone. If someone has a name that has multiple results, i.e., the name exists on several servers, then I have to just give up and not rank them.
TLDR: Pick unique names.
