Logs only recording wipes, out of combat actions

Really confused as to what could possibly be making my logs act like this. I think i may have enabled a setting in details or something like that, but ive searched for it for days now and cant figure out what is causing this problem. My logs are recording single players in Dalaran etc, and last night my ICC clear came up like this

Hi there, I’d assume you have one or multiple addons interfering with your combat logging. How are you turning it on currently?
