Some time ago, the /parses endpoint was returning the best_historical_percent key. That is no longer the case. Is it still possible somehow to get that information about a character? I essentially want to get the “Best Perf. Avg” value that is displayed on a character page, for a given instance/difficulty/spec, without resorting to scrapping HTML on that page.
