Parses showing from someone on another server

Hello! I have an issue with my character being linked to unfamiliar parses.

My character is located on Hyperion, yet there are parses showing from someone who apparently played on Ragnarok server. These don’t belong to me, since I have not raided on that server.

It shows that it’s uploaded by a Ragnarok based guild.

What else can I do to fix this issue? I tried claiming my character several times, but these shows up every time regardless.

To Yakisoba: this is why ranks are frozen right now. I’m working on a character re-architecture to try to improve server detection so that it doesn’t mis-assign parses.
