Wacraft Logs don't log anything

I put the Desktop app in live log mode and use the command in game to turn logging on. The CombatLog file is filling with information but when I go to view my report on Wacraft logs, it’s blank. And when I try to upload the log manually, it tells me that the log was not done in Advanced Logging Mode even though I have Advanced Logging checked in the System > Network options in game.

Make sure you’re pointing to the correct directory when live logging. It is the Logs directory under the retail directory.
