When I try to update the uploader I keep getting this error:
An error occurred while updating the application. Try updating it again. If the problem persists, contact the application author.
Adobe Air has been updated.
Got same problem, already re-installed adobe air, but still uploader instanner gives that error #5100
Make sure you’re installing with the right permissions. You might have installed the original as Admin, but the new one you aren’t Admin etc.
My account should be admin on windows, but it still failed, actually found [Win10] FF Logs Uploader can not be installed (Err: 5100) this after posting and following Schnitzel’s guide got success on installing.
