Trouble Logging Nythendra Encounter

For the past two encounters with Nythendra, in Heroic Emerald Nightmare, my warcraftlog dps has been significantly less than the skada and recount meters. This most recent encounter was 70K dps less on logs than actually occurred. Is there simply a bug in my logs I’m unaware of that is an easy fix? Any help would be most appreciated. I’m listed at 309K but actually put out 377K that encounter.

Need to log with Advanced Combat Logging enabled. Network pane of System Preferences in-game.
