It appears that this has been an issue with other people as well, but I will detail our experience. Two characters on Cerberus/Ragnarok are showing on the Zalera server despite us transferring to other servers several months ago (Way before this tier was even released). It appears that 3 of our logs were bugged with this problem. Here are the duplicate pages:

The same 3 clears are bugged and are duplicated on both servers. This has been going on for well over a month now. Is there a way for you to remove the 2 duplicate characters from Zalera so that they are reflected accurately in their respective servers?
