Ranking System Issue in Classic-Request (21069)

Hi There,

We uploaded logs of Warcraft classic yesterday, and only one boss had an issue regarding the report and ranking system maybe because we died on that boss so many times. :frowning: Just wanna raise the issue for the WCL team for reference. Request (21069) has been sent to the support email.

Three of the team members had uploaded the report separately with the same result and tried to solve the issue by following the instruction on the page- click the export button, but still not working.

Can you please help solve the issue and explain the reason so that we can avoid that in the future?

If you look in the trash fights your system clock jumped backwards, causing a bunch of fights to overlap, so the log was considered corrupted.

Thanks for quick reply, is there any way we can solve the problem, and how can we avoid that.
