Not getting ranked but everyone else is?

By the looks of it everyone in the group but myself and a friend if he’s there are getting ranked. I’ve gone through and re-synced my character profile just in case and reuploaded a log. I got a ranking for like 1 minute and when I refreshed it was no longer there. Seems like everyone else that’s in the group that isn’t in my direct party is still getting ranked. Any ideas?

All of the sudden all my parses are there now but my friends isn’t who is listed below. I’m assuming somebody made a chance and if so can you do it for him as well? Very much appreciated and thanks for all the help!
