Log upload does not compute ranking after eu to na transfer / previous rankings lost

Hi,

Before Saturday 4/13/2019 I was on Phoenix / Light (EU): https://www.fflogs.com/character/id/58095?mode=detailed&zone=25#boss=60&metric=dps&difficulty=100&partition=1&spec=Summoner

I moved to Faerie on Aether DC (NA) at that date.

I realized today, both profiles were empty. So I decided to claim again my character and now I think it’s messed up: https://www.fflogs.com/character/na/faerie/ayla%20nyx has a different character id (https://www.fflogs.com/character/id/12340237 vs https://www.fflogs.com/character/id/58095) on fflogs now. And even the “old” one lost every rankings.

Also I uploaded a run to test if it would show up but rankings are not even computed on it (and no queue) : https://www.fflogs.com/reports/3HD4p6RMB2ancNYk#fight=last&view=rankings

I think my transfer messed everything up for me, is there a fix possible?

Make sure you changed your region in the uploader. If you moved from NA to EU or vice versa, you need to switch regions in the uploader when uploading personal logs.

Hi, many thanks for pointing the right setting, I could upload a new run in NA today and it showed up correctly :slight_smile:

But regarding the merge, my log information from when I was on Phoenix is still missing, it looks like the merge has not happened yet or correctly, for example those phoenix runs: https://www.fflogs.com/character/id/58095?mode=detailed&zone=25#boss=60&metric=dps&difficulty=100&partition=1&spec=Summoner are not accounted in https://www.fflogs.com/character/id/58095 despite the fact that https://www.fflogs.com/character/id/58095 and https://www.fflogs.com/character/id/12340237 now show the same content.

Not sure if I should wait for a scheduled backend job or is there is a problem that require manual fixing?
