any ideas why this is invalidated? Says excessive externals but theres 1 priest providing 2 PI twicein a 2:30~ ish fight?

It’s odd as both the warlocks in this parse got invalidated logs, both only received 2 PI’s from their respective priest.
are these permanently invalidated?
We’re looking into it, as I said. If it was an error it’ll get restored.
Hi happened here to me as well, I assume it is happening because of the new 4P Tier of shadow proccing PI, weirdly the other fights where I also received PI from one other priest weren’t invalidated.

Thanks for still working on it, in todays raid it happened on 4/8 hc kills sometimes on 1 shadow sometimes on both.

I assume you’re blastnut. The PI in your case was invalidated correctly:
You got 14 of the, that is way above the cap (I understand Shadow priests get more PIs) but you still got too many externals.

I believe there’s a misunderstanding here. I did not receive 14 external PI’s in the example you mentioned. In reality, I only received 3 external PI’s, meaning I got PI from just one other player within a 2-minute interval, which is fully within the rules. The remaining 11 PI’s come from myself: three times from casting it myself and eight times from proccing my new 4-set bonus Priest Shadow 11.1 Class Set 4pc - Spell - World of Warcraft
So the issue isn’t that I received too many external PIs, but rather that Warcraft Logs is incorrectly recognizing the new Shadow Priest 4-set bonus as if I were actively casting PI. If you check the logs, you’ll see these flagged as casts, but logically, since the ability has a 2-minute cooldown, I couldn’t possibly press it that often these are just procs and are also only 5s long opposed to the normal duration of 15s.
The same applies to your other example with Reamy. He only received 2 external PI’s from me, once on pull and once at 2 minutes. Every other PI buff was from his own use of the ability and his 4-set procs. Again, this is completely within the fair play rules of receiving externals from only one player in the raid.
