Importing character information

Having trouble with " Although this guild has been validated, its member roster has not been imported. The roster must be imported before the guild can earn Execution or Speed ranks. Select the Characters tab below and import your roster."

I go to the tab and it says " This guild has not imported character information yet. Click here to import this guild’s member information."

When I click the link it says ‘In Queue’ in the top right but nothing happens once done, it revert to ‘update’

Any suggestions?

Make sure you have the name typed correctly. Sometimes people mis-capitalize or have trailing spaces in the name etc.

It worked eventually on its own, I guess the server just needed about 5 hours to get around to it.
