I cant find my character in search

My character isn’t showing up on Classic WC Logs when I search it. All my other names and even the same name from classic are showing up but not my dk. My dks name is Thoriac on sulfuras and here are the logs to prove I’ve actually uploaded them myself. Warcraft Logs - Combat Analysis for Warcraft
Every time in the past its just auto made the character profile for me.

Hi, sounds like you renamed a character and then named your DK that name - support will need to untangle this, so please send a ticket to support.classic@warcraftlogs.com and they’ll sort it out for you.

Thanks yo i already sent an email yesterday, should I do more or you think that’s good.
