Multiple Characters + Logs not updating

Same character, never had a server or name change, logs aren’t showing up on the publicly accessible part of my logs. Also the search function shows 2 characters of the same name but either one directs to the second link. It’s probably not a common issue but it has been pretty damaging in terms of being able to join pugs or send in guild applications. Please help or suggest me something to be able to fix this problem.

Could I get a timeframe on how long this fix would take? There seems to be some players with the same problems and its been 2 days.

I have same issue
I uploaded log on the website and u can see them under guild Reconstructed server: azuresong but in server standing I am either not present or have like 2 months old raid showing
