HELP! Script for logs not work

Dear WCL tram.
I’m a brewmaster player. Recently I’m doing some testing of the trigger probability of the skill (Ox Stance,which is triggered when it takes 60% of its current health).
I recently checked out the API website and found that ‘event.targetResources.hitPoints’ may help,but when I used like
return event.targetResources.hitPoints<=‘1500000’
nothing happened… so what I want ask is how can I use this api ?
