Guild: Carpe Noctum, Kael’thas server

Trying to use warcraft logs for our guild. First it put the Guild Leader (me) as an officer and wouldnt allow me to change logs ranks for anyone.

In an attempt to fix the issue, I removed (or thought I had) our guild from the logs and tried to re-create it, hoping it would assign me GM rank, it says the guild already exists. wont let me create it.

I used the autojoin code i created before removing ppl from the guild site, just in case this kind of thing happened. It is telling me i joined the site, but its not showing up on my logs page.

Please, oh please. Just remove Carpe Noctum - Kael’thas from having a current guild on logs and let me start over. or at minimum, put Palinoth-Kael’thas as the guild leader so i can get it going again.

Its been over a week since i requested guild leadership and nothing has been done from your admin side.

I would like to promote 1 or 2 people to the rank of officer but I can not. Is there a rank higher than that of an officer ? Guildmaster ? If so, can you upgrade my rank (Lauktar) so that I can organize my team ?
