Festergut/Blood Council Damage Filtering

On Festergut, it states “Damage done while under the effect of the Gastric Bloat debuff is normalized for non-tanks.”

When comparing unfiltered to filtered damage, multiple characters had damage filtered out despite them never receiving the Gastric Bloat debuff.

On Blood Council, it states “Damage done to Kinetic Bomb and Dark Nucleus is excluded.”

Again comparing unfiltered/filtered damage, multiple characters lose damage despite them never hitting these mobs.

Is the damage filtering description incomplete? Or is this a bug?

Hey there, it’s also filtering Tricks of the Trade and Unholy Frenzy back to the targets, that might be what you’re seeing?
