Character lost after renaming just before patch

Hello,

My character seems to be lost in the Warcraftlogs abyss after name changing prior to patch. What can I do to fix this? I followed the instruction for name changing, but it seems that something is wrong.

Below, I have a screenshot of what I am seeing, with a link to a recent log example that should display on my character page (but is not, for whatever reason). What can I do to fix this? I have disconnected battle.net from Warcraftlogs, reconnected, re-synced characters many times, etc. Just not sure where to go from here.
