Can't log-in to uploader no ELS folder

I included an image, the topics I read suggested deleting the ELS folder from %APPDATA%\Roaming\Adobe\AIR (should be in that directory). I checked inside other folders and I checked inside Local and LocalLow in-case it was different for Windows 10.
