[Bug?!] Meelehit´s as Balance Druid

Dear Warcraftlogdev´s,
could you please fix Balance Druids before TBC will be released?
If i hit a boss with meele strikes, then ill get ranked as a cat without using catform.
It´s realy annoying if you just want to regenerate some Mana with the Paladinseals.

This will be fixed in TBC. TBC logs have the points spent in talent trees, so the spec determination just uses that.
