BUG: Character Stuck As "Untrackable" (Yes, the "Display Only" box is unchecked)

My newest created toon is displaying this error:

This character is untrackable and will break if you ever choose to rename this character or transfer it to another realm. Go to the Interface -> Social panel in-game and make sure Display Only Character Achievements To Others is unchecked.

However, in-game this option is unchecked. And all my other toons work fine. I can’t seem to find any reason this one specific toon is having this issue. In the Warcraft Logs settings tab, the Auto-rename/transfer is also set to “disabled” with no way to change it.

Blizzard completely broke the stuff we used to track characters with 9.0. We’re working on a solution.
