Battle Net account already in use

Hi,

I have a new account on warcraft logs and unable to update my character due to " the battlenet account is already in use "

My old account that i haven’t used for awhile is registered with an email address i no longer have access to…

I want to view my guilds logs

Can someone please help

Log in to the old account and then you can change its email address to the new one.

Hey kihra,

I dont have access to it anymore, its been a long time i forgot the
password to it… the problem is i dont have access to the old email which
deems me not being able to reset my password, any ways around this?

Just log in using Battle.net and then change the email address in settings to your new address.
