I have this problem and I can not login

Windows clock? it’s ok.
AppData Adobe AIR? I try delete this, i try reinstall etc = 0 effect

Someone can help me?

Failing to parse the update descriptor file means it can’t even connect to the Web site. You may have something misconfigured in your Internet Explorer internet settings.

Status code 400 is a bad request, usually caused by excessive cookie length. Maybe try deleting all cookies in Internet Explorer and try again.
