About The 100% Multistrike Bug Of Mage

This bug has seriously damaged the balance of WCL. Some people opportunistically use this vulnerability to create a compelling DPS（rank/score）
For example the logs below:

I think WCL is a place to share references and research for new ideas rather than a website to disseminate bugs or make use of bugs for opportunistic reasons. So I hope that these logs could be removed from ranking a.s.a.p.
