With the heavy nerfs to arms and sub rogues (both ~100-150k DPS less after nerf) any top parses prior to 25th in US and 26th in EU are causing new parses to be really bad, why aren’t they getting removed?
I don’t ever remove ranks because of mid-patch hotfixes. I’ve never done that in the history of the site, since it’s too difficult to implement something like that (wiping out people’s work is unfair to those people, and it’s impossible technically for me to partition just a specific spec’s ranks).
Over time people will beat those ranks anyway, with both better gear and faster kill times.
