Unable to claim or create guild

Hi Team,

I am the GM of the below guild which i am not able to create or claim on my the GM toon to be able to up load logs. The guild was transferred from Khaz’goroth(US) to Frostmourne(US).

Guild Name: Stormsong
Realm: Frostmourne
Region: Americas
GM: Harbringerau

When i attempt to create the guild it errors that the guild already exists.
