Shadowform is listed as an Uncategorized Buff, rather than a Stance/Form/Seal; and it isn’t listed in the Summary.
Users can categorize buffs.

This caused me to look deeper into the backend.
Not sure if this is something that is user fixable. When designing a query, and selecting the Resource event type, there is still a Shadow Orbs resource type, and no Insanity resource type.
