No logs on character

Heyo!

Having problems with uploading the guilds logs on WCL.
When uploading, both I and the rest of the guild can see the logs on the guilds site and it connects to the ppl in the fight. The problem is when searching for a specific character, then the data doesn’t show.

So, to sum up:

  • The fights are shown and connected when you search for the guild.
  • The fights are NOT connected to each character when searching for a specific person.

WHY? And HOW do I register it on each character aswell?
