No instances/fights detected by uploader

Uploader isn’t finding fights in ACT log to select after uploading log file.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling ACT, using admin privileges to install and launch.
Tried using Adobe Air and the New uploader option. Same results with each.
Using Dx12

Issue presented approx 16 days ago. Previously, everything worked fine for 1.5 years.

Any thoughts about where to go from here?

DirectX 9 is no longer supported by the FF ACT plug-in. You must switch your game client to DX11.

Dx12 includes Dx11, yes?
