Issues with fresh classic logs

Hi, I just started raiding on the new classic fresh server and also uploaded some logs. The issue seems to be that “rankings” don’t seem to work correctly, only one player shows up, further more we are unable to look up our characters with the search function, despite there being public logs with us in them. Is this something that is already known and being worked on?

Also, on realm progress it shows us as 4/10 but the log shows 10/10 confirmed kills. (casual trash pug)

Any assistance to resolve this would be appreciated.

This log is not public, we cleared it before the Russians now boasting they did it server/eu first.
How is this possible?
