Back in Era there was a separate section for “Buffless” runs that accommodated guilds that preferred to not have players raid log and just do the content as it was intended. Maybe it’s too late this cycle of fresh but in future cycles could you have a Fixed Composition section that does a class check?
Mandatory minimum class check
4 Paladins/4 Shaman
4 Priests
1 Druid
3 Warlocks
5 Mages
3 Hunters
5 Rogues
X Warriors

Obviously Warrior/Rogue stacking would still occur but it would separate the 25+ Warrior runs from everyone else.

Hello,

No plans currently to limit what players can bring to a raid. We don’t want to limit what classes people bring as not every group has the certain amount of classes you’ve pointed out. And asking people to not play a class they want so they can rank isn’t feasible.
