Damage/Damage to Bosses Logs not updating

My logs don’t seem to be updating; when I select ‘damage’ or ‘damage to bosses’, it does not show the latest m+ 11s & some m+ 10s I have completed recently, & it’s been days since I timed these keys. The ‘points’ selection seems to be updating just fine, but that’s not really where I need the info to be kept up to date. Am I doing something wrong? I have live logging enabled, & have even loaded live reports into the website.

Did you log the runs? Can you link them to me for the specific keys that aren’t showing up in your character’s page?
